Hunting Regulations

As the provincial conservation authority, Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife is responsible for regulating and monitoring hunting activities within KwaZulu-Natal to ensure that they are conducted in according with licence and permit requirements and conditions, ensuring ethical and sustainable hunting practices are adhered to. Hunting within the province is controlled under the Nature Conservation Ordinance (No. 15 of 1974) and the National Environmental Biodiversity Act Threatened or Protected Species (ToPS) Regulations
